About us

Hello! We are a couple of lifelong animal lovers with a busy multi-pet household that includes dogs, cats, and even reptiles. Our pets are our family, and they inspire everything we do. With so many different animals under one roof, we’ve learned a lot about what it really takes to keep them healthy, happy, and well-groomed.

We started Jocomb because we wanted to create more than just a store. We wanted a space where pet parents could find reliable grooming guides, learn from our experiences, and discover products made with both pets and people in mind.

Our very first product, the Jocomb Brush, came from our own need for something better. We wanted a grooming brush that was:

  • Ergonomic – easy and comfortable to use.
  • Durable – built with strong, sustainable materials like wood and stainless steel tines.
  • Versatile – suitable for different types of pets, from cats and dogs to even being a useful tool for farriers who work with horses.

The Jocomb Brush is just the beginning. Our dream is to grow into a trusted hub where pet lovers can find not only helpful information but also thoughtfully designed products that make caring for their fur (and feathered or scaled) family members easier and more enjoyable.

At the heart of it all, we believe pets deserve the very best and so do the people who love them.

  • CEO of Chaos & Cuteness

    Pogo is a firecracker wrapped in fur, always on alert and always ready for action! He’s feisty, demanding, and fiercely protective, with a sharp instinct that seems to read human situations better than most people can. Adventure runs through his veins, whether it’s racing across green fields or climbing along the rocky seaside, Pogo is always game to explore. He’s deeply loyal to his family, keeping constant watch like a true guardian, but don’t expect a warm welcome if you’re an intruder because this boy means business!

  • Yuki the Mysterious

    Yuki is our elegant little house guard, alert and watchful yet soft as can be! He loves sneaking out through the backyard for a bit of adventure, but once inside he’s all cuddles and playtime. Polite and poised in the way he walks and sits, Yuki carries himself with quiet grace. He’s also the sweetest protector of any new pets that join the family, always watching over them with care. When he’s not munching on his favorite treats, you’ll find him curled up in one cozy corner, snoozing the hours away like a pro.

  • Pogo 'the Terrible'

    Igor came into our lives as a tiny voice crying out for his mom, and of course we couldn’t resist taking him in! Since then, he’s grown into a bold little character, bringing us “gifts” every now and then, strutting the streets like he owns them, and making sure the local cats know exactly whose territory they’re in. He’s a total charmer with the neighbors, shamelessly begging for treats, and at home he melts for a good grooming session with our JoComb. Nights are often spent outdoors on his own terms, but come mealtime, Igor is always punctual. His favorite partner in crime? Pogo! The two of them never miss a chance to wrestle and play tug whenever they meet inside.
